Introduction
Goals
1. **Social, Educational, and Economic Empowerment** - Focus on value-based education, career counselling, and empowering youth and women. - Promoting environmental sustainability and awareness. - Encouraging sports and healthy lifestyles among youth. 2. **Environmental Protection** - Regular plantation drives and environmental awareness programs. 3. **Health and Sports Promotion** - Organizing sports events and promoting physical activities. 4. **Fundraising and Resource Utilization** - Securing funds through government and non-government sources.
Ujjwal Bhavishya Society continues to work towards social, educational, and economic empowerment for children, parents, and society members. The organization is recognized under the Societies Registration Act (HRRS) 2012 and the Government of India under Darpan.
Activities and Achievements (FY 2023-2024)
April 17, 2023 – AGM Meeting
April 30, 2023 – Book Donation Drive
An Annual General Meeting was held at Bombay Dreamz, where all members discussed the annual plan, previous activities, challenges, successes, and support stories. The meeting aimed to review past performance and strategize future initiatives.

A book donation drive was organized at SDA Jain School Sadhaura, where books were provided to needy students. The initiative aimed to support students' educational needs and ensure they have access to necessary resources.

April 30, 2023 – Career Counselling Session
A career counselling session was conducted at SDA Jain School Sadhaura, focusing on the selection of careers and important factors to consider. The session emphasized women empowerment and aimed to guide students in making informed career choices.

May 23, 2023 – Repairing of Water reservoir for Drinking
Near Samta Yog ashram, re-constructed a small water reservoir for drinking purpose for stray animals and needy people. With this reservoir and plumbing system, it can store upto 100L of water which can fulfill the needs of the nearby people and stray animals.
June 5, 2023 – World Environment Day Celebration
In collaboration with the Forest Department Haryana Sadhaura Range, a World Environment Day celebration was held. The event included a plantation drive at ITI Sadhaura and emphasized the importance of a green and clean earth.

June 15, 2023 – Stadium Cleanliness Program
In collaboration with municipality sadhaura and N S Running Academy, participated in cleanliness of Sports stadium Sadhaura.
August 15, 2023 – Plantation with Forest Department
In collaboration with forest department, conducted various plantation drives at various neadby schools, water pumps, and shamshan ghats. Also conducted survey of previously planted trees at various locations.
August 15, 2023 – Run for Fitness Program
A 'Run for Fitness' program was organized with N S Running Academy, involving around 100 athletes. The event aimed to promote fitness and health awareness and included sports competitions at Khel Stadium Sadhaura, with awards for winners.

An Independence Day celebration was held at Govt. Primary School Sadhaura, with performances by students. Gifts and cash prizes were awarded to recognize their efforts and achievements.

A Tug of War competition for girls was organized, with participation from various girl athletes. The event showcased their talent, and winners were awarded cash prizes and gifts.

A plantation drive was conducted at Royal International School Firozpur to promote environmental awareness and enhance greenery in the school premises.

August 19, 2023 – Refresher Course on Basic English
A refresher course on Basic English was led by Hardev Singh at Shiv Defence Academy, benefiting approximately 50 students. The session aimed to improve students' language skills.

A physical fitness training session was conducted by NS Running Academy, supported by Ujjwal Bhavishya NGO. The initiative aimed to support needy and bright students by providing various forms of assistance.

Another plantation drive was organized at Govt. School Duniya Majra Kurukshetra, reinforcing the NGO's commitment to environmental sustainability.

5 Sep 2023, Appreciation for Coach Nayab Singh
Coach Nayab Singh was appreciated for his completion of the Mumbai Marathon. The NGO supported him financially to encourage his continued efforts in personal and student fitness plans.

October 7, 2023 – 1600m Race Competition
A 1600m race competition was held to help students gauge their potential ahead of army recruitment. Cash prizes, medals, and certificates were awarded to the top ten winners.

November 1, 2023 – Athlete Trials for Sports Nursery
December 2, 2023 – Plantation Drive
Trials for athletes for the Sports Nursery Sadhaura were conducted in collaboration with NS Running Academy. The event aimed to identify and nurture young sports talent.

A sports event was organized at Khel Stadium Sadhaura, featuring various athletic activities for boys and girls. Winners were awarded cash prizes, certificates, and medals.

The final AGM meeting of the financial year was held to discuss the completion of activities and plan the roadmap for the next financial year. All team members were present to provide input and feedback.
