Introduction

- Promoting government schemes and welfare measures.

Ujjwal Bhavishya Society aims to provide social, educational, and economic empowerment to ​children, parents, and society members. The organization is registered with the Government ​of Haryana under the Societies Registration Act (HRRS) 2012 and the Government of India ​under Darpan.

Activities and Achievements (FY 2021-2022)

1. Drinking Water Facility Installation

Date: April 2021 ​Location: Khel Stadium, Sadhaura ​Description: A new water connection was installed at the Khel Stadium in Sadhaura to

provide clean drinking water for the players and visitors. This initiative aimed to promote

health and well-being by ensuring access to safe drinking water. The project was well-

received by the community, and it helped in maintaining hygiene standards at the stadium.

The installation also included a filtration system to ensure water quality. The project was a

collaborative effort between the NGO and local authorities.

2. Virtual Parents' Counselling Session

Date: April 10, 2021

Facilitators: Shiv Narayan and Susmita

Description: A virtual counselling session was conducted for parents, focusing on character

building and the holistic development of children. The session highlighted the importance of

understanding children's needs and supporting their interests. Parents were encouraged to

foster a positive environment at home. The facilitators provided practical advice on

balancing work and family life. This session received positive feedback from participants

who found it valuable for their family dynamics.

3. Plantation Drives

- June 24, 2021: Khel Stadium, Sadhaura, and various schools.

- July 17, 2021: Govt. School Bholiwala.

- July 19, 2021: Village Sherpur.

- July 24, 2021: Govt. School Mirzapur.

- July 30, 2021: Govt. School Salehpur.

- July 31, 2021: Jal Ghar 4.

- August 15, 2021: Shiv Mukti Dham.

Description: Multiple plantation drives were organized across different locations to

promote environmental sustainability. These drives aimed to increase green cover and raise

awareness about the importance of trees. The events saw participation from local schools,

community members, and NGO volunteers. Various species of plants were chosen to ensure

biodiversity and adaptability to the local environment. These efforts contribute to reducing

carbon footprints and enhancing local ecosystems.

4. Awareness Campaign for Tokyo Olympics

Date: July 24, 2021

Description: An awareness campaign was conducted to encourage sports participation

during the Tokyo Olympics. The campaign highlighted the significance of physical activity and

sportsmanship. It aimed to inspire youth to engage in sports and appreciate the spirit of the

Olympics. The campaign included motivational talks and activities that emphasized the

benefits of a healthy lifestyle. The initiative also served as a platform to discuss the

importance of representing the country on an international stage.

5. Medical Awareness and Contact Sharing

Date: August 3, 2021

Description: The NGO shared contact details of medical professionals with the community,

enhancing access to healthcare. This initiative aimed to ensure that people had the necessary

information to seek medical help during emergencies. It also included information on

available health services and resources. The NGO worked closely with local medical

practitioners to compile a comprehensive list of contacts. This initiative has been particularly

beneficial during the pandemic, providing critical support to those in need.

6. Annual Function

Date: September 14, 2021

Description: The annual function was celebrated with various cultural and educational

activities, showcasing the talents and achievements of students and community members.

The event included performances, exhibitions, and award ceremonies. It served as a platform

for participants to express themselves and share their successes. The function also provided

an opportunity for the NGO to present its accomplishments over the year and outline future

plans. The event was attended by dignitaries, parents, and local residents.

7. Roadside Reconstruction

Date: September 20, 2021

Location: Near Samta Ashram, Sadhaura

Description: The NGO collaborated with local officials to reconstruct a dangerous roadside

area near Samta Ashram in Sadhaura. The reconstruction aimed to prevent accidents and

improve safety for pedestrians and vehicles. The project included widening the road,

installing safety signs, and improving drainage systems. This initiative was part of the NGO's

broader efforts to enhance public infrastructure and ensure community safety. The local

community appreciated the swift action and the positive impact on daily commutes.

8. Felicitation Ceremony

Date: December 2, 2021

Honoree: Coach Nayab Singh

Location: Khel Stadium, Sadhaura

contributions to sports and youth development. The event recognized his dedication and

9. Team Meeting with Paryawaran Sarankshan Group (PSG)

Date: December 9, 2021

Description: The NGO held a team meeting with the Paryawaran Sarankshan Group (PSG) to

discuss future environmental initiatives. The meeting focused on collaboration and sharing

of best practices in environmental conservation. Participants discussed potential projects,

funding opportunities, and community engagement strategies. The NGO and PSG agreed to

work together on several upcoming initiatives, including tree planting drives and waste

management campaigns. This partnership aims to strengthen efforts towards a sustainable

future.

10. Virtual Celebration of Women's Day

various topics related to women's rights, empowerment, and gender equality. Participants

shared inspirational stories and experiences, highlighting the importance of supporting
